Correction Request

If there is information that we hold on you that is incorrect or there is something reported on your credit file that does not look right, then raise a correction request to have this further investigated. 

In every case, Infact will need to discuss corrections with the provider, (i.e. credit card provider, lender – essentially the source of the information), if you have not already raised this issue with the provider, please reach out to them as they may be able to correct this for you and Infact should then receive the updated information directly from the provider.
